Founded in 2016, NTFS Global, LLC is led by Shan-Nel D. Simmons, a financial transition consultant and CEO with more than two decades of experience in accounting, tax, financial systems, governance, and financial education.
Her background includes public service as a former IRS Revenue Agent, private consulting, workshop design, and board leadership, including fiduciary decision-making.
Her work is grounded in the belief that financial decisions, approached with care and discipline, can strengthen families, institutions, and the futures they steward based on their own definitions of success.
